"From the moment you meet Lida you know that your loved one will be taken care of. She's a dedicated and caring person who respects and understands people - and is involved with making sure operations work to her standards. Highly recommended."
Doug B.

In the summer of 1999, Lida moved from Florida to Arizona in search of personal and professional growth. Lida attained An Assisted Living Facility Manager’s license to operate the first care home in Scottsdale – Sunrise Care Homes McDonald in January 2000. Later, she attended and obtained an MBA from the University of Phoenix specialization in Global Management and Public Administration. In addition, Lida volunteered her time and expertise as a translator during international medical trips to Central America for the Scottsdale Healthcare Foundation. Two years later, due to her expertise in international logistics and leadership skills, she was granted the opportunity to co-lead medical trips to Nicaragua and El Salvador.

Lida was nominated for, and won, the “Woman of the Year” Award (to represent the State of Arizona) by the Arizona Business Women Association (“ABWA”). Currently she serves on the Arizona Assisted Living Homes Association executive board. She defines herself as a giver, an entrepreneur and volunteer at heart. She loves life, values education, and believes in giving only the best to others. She resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her family.
